When will I get the tracking information?

We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that we do not ship orders on the same day. Our in-store process for stocking and packaging typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, tracking information will be sent to your email. During holidays and sale seasons, please expect additional processing time for your order.

If you have not received tracking confirmation within 5 working days from the date of payment completion, please contact us at support@achillapte.com.

Please ensure that payment details are accurate and complete, and that the shipping address provided is correct, as inaccurate or incomplete payment information may cause delays in order processing.

When will I get my order?

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping through our shipping partnership.

Please be aware that your order will undergo processing for stocking, packing, and shipping to the address provided by you. We will provide estimated delivery times as outlined in the table below:

The U.S and Canada Orders normally arrive within 7-20 working days
Europe & UK Orders normally arrive within 10-25 working days
Worldwide Orders normally arrive within 10-30 working days

CUSTOMS AND DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Please note that your order is being shipped but its route may be updated after a few days. However, you should not worry since it is normal due to the high volume of orders. International shipments could be affected by holidays, customs, and weather delays.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the entered address. We cannot guarantee address changes due to our strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you provide, as we will not be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.

If the order arrives in your country and:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • Multiple delivery attempts are made in the destination country.
  • ACHILLA reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refunds.
